Common questions

How do I make my first pack?

Open the app, complete the short one-time setup (your child's nickname and grade), pick a subject and skill, then tap Generate. Your first pack appears in a few seconds — ready to print or save as a PDF.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your device, go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → InterestOS to change or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I was charged after my free trial — is that normal?

Yes. The 14-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The trial length and price are always shown before you subscribe. If something looks wrong, email us and we'll help.

A worksheet has a mistake. What should I do?

AI-generated content can occasionally get something wrong — please review each pack before sharing it. You can regenerate or revise any pack in the app for free, and we'd love to hear about anything that looks off so we can improve.

Is my child's information safe?

Yes. There's no child login or child chat, and we only use a first name, grade, reading level, and interests to build a pack. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

What devices are supported?

InterestOS is a universal app for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. Packs print to any AirPrint printer or save as a PDF.
