Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of InterestOS. By using the app you agree to them.
What InterestOS is
InterestOS generates personalized, printable learning material for your child based on information you provide, aligned to published academic standards. It is a supplemental learning tool for families — it is not a school, a licensed educational service, or professional educational advice.
Review before use
Generated content is created by AI and, while designed to be age-appropriate and standards-aligned, may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every pack before sharing it with your child.
Your license
Packs you generate are for your personal, non-commercial family use. You may print, save, and share them within your household. You may not resell generated content or use the app to build a competing dataset or service.
Subscriptions & free trial
Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through your Apple ID. If a free trial is offered, the trial length, price after trial, and the date of first billing are shown before you subscribe; payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. New users get a limited number of one-time AI packs to try; printing and layout edits are free.
Fair use
AI pack generation is metered. Automated, scripted, or abusive use of the generation service isn't permitted and may result in throttling.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to attempt to generate content that is unsafe or inappropriate for children, or to input another person's private information.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Standards attribution
Academic standards text remains © its respective owners (NGA Center/CCSSO for Common Core, NGSS Lead States, California Department of Education) and is used with attribution, shown in the app and on printed packs.
